Shipping and Delivery

Horison Tech ships throughout South Africa with The Courier Guy. Orders are dispatched within one business day, and orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are dispatched on the next business day. Once dispatched, most orders reach main centres within 3–4 business days, and regional areas usually need a day or two more. These are courier estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking details are emailed when your order leaves us.

What it costs

• Orders under R600 — standard door delivery: R60 nationwide.
• Orders under R600 — Courier Guy locker collection: R50. After you order, we WhatsApp you to choose the locker nearest you, and you collect with a one-time PIN.
• Orders of R600 and over — free door delivery nationwide.

No surprise surcharges at checkout. What you see in the cart is what you pay.

Getting your delivery right first time

Give a street address, not a PO Box. Use an address where someone will be present during business hours. Add complex, estate or gate details in the delivery instructions and check your cell number: the courier uses it, and locker PINs are sent to it.
