Warranty Policy

To lodge a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, purchase date, and a description of the fault.
Photos or short videos of the issue are helpful for faster processing.

2. Assessment
We will assess whether the issue qualifies under the manufacturer’s warranty.
You may be asked to return the product for technical inspection.


3. Resolution
If the claim is valid, we will:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace it with a new or equivalent model, or
  • Refund the purchase value if repair or replacement is not possible.


    4. Warranty repairs or replacements are carried out at no cost to the customer.

5. Warranty Period

  • All Horison Tech products carry a 24-month (2-year) warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Replacement products or repaired parts do not restart the warranty period - they continue under the remaining term of the original warranty.

6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • If your product is found to be defective within the first 30 days, Horison Tech will cover all courier costs associated with repair or replacement.
  • After 30 days, the customer may be responsible for shipping the item to our service centre for assessment.
  • If the claim is approved, Horison Tech will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item.

7. Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Horison Tech’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or data loss arising from product use or malfunction.
  • Damages resulting from unauthorised servicing or third-party repairs.

8. Proof of Purchase

Warranty claims will only be processed with valid proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt). Without this documentation, we cannot verify eligibility for warranty coverage.
