Horison Tech does not store or have access to your card details. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or dispatched.
5. Orders and Confirmation

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. A binding agreement arises only once payment is verified and the goods have been dispatched. Horison Tech reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if fraud, error, or stock issues are suspected.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

You may return goods within 7 days of receipt if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Special-order or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., in-ear headsets) may not be returnable once opened.

7.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed once returned items are inspected and approved.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method, excluding delivery fees.
