Which headset suits a call centre?
For most South African call-centre floors, start with a wired USB mono headset: one ear open to the floor, a noise-cancelling boom mic, and a fixed cable into the PC. Choose DECT wireless when agents need to walk while staying on the call. Match the SKU to your softphone — Microsoft Teams (MS) or UC — before you roll out.

Mono vs stereo on the floor
Mono keeps one ear free for colleagues and floor noise — the usual contact-centre pick. Stereo suits agents who also take media or training audio. More detail in our call-centre buying guide.
