The EPOS IMPACT 860 is a wired stereo headset built for desk workers in busy, open-plan offices. Three MEMS beamforming microphones powered by EPOS AI technology pick up your voice with natural clarity while suppressing the noise around you, so your callers hear you - not the office. Built on EPOS BrainAdapt technology, the IMPACT 860 is designed to reduce the cognitive load of a noisy workspace, helping you stay sharp and focused through back-to-back calls.
The headset is lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear, with soft ear cushions and a padded, adjustable headband. The smart cord and boom arm put every control within easy reach - mute by lifting the boom, answer or end calls automatically by putting the headset on or taking it off, and manage volume without ever touching your keyboard.
Connectivity is USB-C, with a USB-C to USB-A adapter included in the box, so the IMPACT 860 works straight out of the box with modern and older computers alike.
